To find a KE duplicate bill, you can follow these steps:
- K-Electric Official Website:
Visit the official K-Electric website: ke.com.pk.
On the homepage, you will find the “Duplicate Bill” option under the “Customer Care” section.
You’ll be prompted to enter your Reference Number (found on your previous bill) or Account Number.
After entering the required details, you can download the duplicate bill.
- K-Electric Mobile App:
Download and install the Karachi Electric mobile app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Log in to your account or register if you don’t have one.
Once logged in, you can view and download your duplicate bill.
- K-Electric Customer Care:
You can also call K-Electric Customer Care at 118 (from your mobile phone) or visit a local K-Electric customer service center to request a duplicate bill if you’re unable to access it online.
