Punkvism X USTEM Clinic Collaborate to Expand Korean Medical Technology in Southeast Asia

Revealing the Plastic Surgery & Stem Cell RWA Project

Punkvism, which has been developing a medical ecosystem using NFT and RWA (Real World Asset Tokenization) technology, officially announced on the 13th a new RWA medical project aimed at expanding Korea’s plastic surgery and stem cell treatment technologies into the Southeast Asian market.

This project, conducted in collaboration with USTEM Clinic, is part of the Punky Kongz NFT-RWA initiative and aims to establish an innovative model linking digital assets with medical services.

Punkvism and USTEM Clinic plan to extend Korea’s advanced medical technologies to Southeast Asia while integrating NFT and RWA technologies into the healthcare sector to enhance market accessibility. The primary focus is on building an NFT ecosystem that alleviates the physical and financial barriers within the traditional medical industry.

USTEM Clinic specializes in stem cell and anti-aging treatments, led by Dr. Kang Jae-gu, a distinguished expert in the field. Dr. Kang is a board-certified emergency medicine specialist with expertise in stem cell therapy and anti-aging medicine. He also possesses extensive experience in treating cancer patients and chronic illnesses. In addition to his Korean medical license, he holds licenses in China, the U.S., and Vietnam.

Dr. Kang has served as the official medical advisor for national athletes and has actively participated in medical support initiatives in collaboration with Sports Doctors. He has provided international medical aid in Turkey, Mexico, Thailand, and other regions, bringing advanced medical technology to areas with limited healthcare access.

After graduating from Keimyung University School of Medicine, Dr. Kang completed his residency in emergency medicine at Hallym University Kangdong Sacred Heart Hospital and pursued an international fellowship at Hershey Medical Center, gaining extensive global medical experience.

Dr. Kang has held various key positions, including an emergency medicine specialist at Keimyung University Medical Center, director of Beijing Baskia Clinic (2004), and chief surgeon at 365mc Liposuction Center. He also earned a master’s degree in microbiology and an emergency medicine specialist certification (2002). Additionally, he served as the head of the liposuction center at Wonjin Plastic Surgery and has significant expertise in aesthetic and anti-aging treatments. He is an adjunct professor at Keimyung University School of Medicine and an active member of the Korean Society of Cosmetic Surgery, the Korean Society of Sports Medicine, and the Korean Society of Obesity and Body Contouring.

Dr. Kang stated, “The advancement of medical technology should transcend regions and borders. Through our collaboration with Punkvism, we aim to provide a wide range of medical services, including stem cell and anti-aging treatments, to the international community while promoting the excellence of Korean medical technology in Southeast Asia.”
