Amrit Bhatia, a program manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS), shares her unique perspective on innovation and its impact on businesses. According to her, innovation is crucial for organizations to stay competitive and successful in today’s fast-paced world. However, constantly competing with other companies to develop the next big thing can take time and effort. Amrit believes that she plays a crucial role in helping businesses and individuals succeed by using her creative thinking skills to overcome challenges many business owners may get stuck on due to their fixed mindset.

Amrit believes in helping people be innovative in a scalable manner. She suggests that taking on big projects to completely reimagine the industry and compete with other companies may not always be the best approach. Instead, she has worked with hundreds of companies to build high-quality products and drive the United States economy and workforce forward with her unique approach to program management.

Amrit Bhatia shares that while most companies focus on keeping their customers happy by providing innovative strategies to increase satisfaction, they sometimes forget the main thing, which is the people and staff who built the great product. Without them, the entire business would not be possible. She takes a unique and empathetic approach to her business and highlights the difference between a mechanical approach to innovation versus a human one.

Bhatia believes that human innovation works better with businesses because people can think, reason, and make decisions based on their own experiences. Machines can only process information and make decisions based on the programming they are given. Humans, on the other hand, can look at a situation and make decisions based on what they think is best, taking into consideration the emotional, ethical, and legal implications of their decisions. They can learn from their mistakes and use that knowledge to make better decisions in the future.

She emphasizes that even though machines are essential in today’s world, they cannot be run without humans. She aims to showcase, lead and raise her voice toward growth but in a smarter way. Planning smartly, prioritizing, and scaling better are key components of her success. She has built tools, techniques, and processes that make the software development process easy to understand.

Bhatia’s motivation and passion make her one of the best and brightest names in the program management sector. She always looks for ways to approach each problem with a new point of view and lead the solution based on it while holding the hands of the teams to lead towards success.
