In an era defined by accelerated advancements in artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and data-driven decision systems, Harshit Kohli has emerged as a distinguished leader whose work blends technological innovation with enterprise-scale impact. With more than fourteen years of experience across global technology organizations, Kohli has established himself as a trusted expert in generative AI, cloud architecture, modern data engineering, and large-scale digital transformation. Today, he serves as a Senior Technical Account Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS), partnering with global enterprises to build secure, scalable, and responsible AI solutions.
At AWS, Kohli is known for architecting sophisticated systems built on Amazon Bedrock, Amazon MSK, Amazon Redshift, EMR, Kinesis, and Lambda. His solutions enable enterprises in healthcare, finance, logistics, and manufacturing to modernize legacy environments, deploy real-time streaming platforms, and operationalize generative AI workloads with enterprise-grade governance. His work consistently emphasizes responsible innovation, ensuring that organizations adopt AI systems that are not only cutting-edge but also transparent, ethical, and aligned with regulatory expectations.
Kohli’s depth of expertise received international visibility at AWS re:Invent 2024—the world’s largest cloud conference, drawing more than 60,000 professionals from 100+ countries. He led multiple standing-room-only technical workshops on Kafka modernization, Iceberg data lakes, structured data preparation for generative AI, and streaming analytics. Participants praised his sessions for their clarity, real-world depth, and architectural precision. As part of AWS Peertalk and Speed Mentoring programs, he also served as a global Generative AI Mentor, advising industry professionals on practical adoption of Bedrock models, scalable MLOps, and secure inference patterns. His session “Better Together: Automated Dashboards with Amazon Redshift and QuickSight” was later featured on the official AWS YouTube channel.
Prior to AWS, Kohli contributed significantly at Cloudera, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), Dechen Consulting, Tech Mahindra, Mercer, and Infosys. At Cloudera, he led enterprise-wide CDP migrations and Spark modernization initiatives that improved performance, reduced operational failures, and automated analytics workflows for mission-critical systems. At HPE, he engineered high-performance pipelines on the Ezmeral Data Fabric (MapR) platform. His active engagement in the HPE Community earned him recognition—four of his accepted technical solutions surpassed 1,000 views each, underlining his influence and credibility among global practitioners.
Kohli’s innovation record extends to competitive engineering programs. In 2020, he won Third Prize in a global hackathon organized by Ford Motor Company, where he built a big-data analytics system featuring ACID-compliant data handling—demonstrating his strong command over data integrity, distributed storage, and scalable ingestion architectures. Earlier, in 2012, he participated in the Droidcon Hacknight—one of India’s largest Android developer hackathons—where he built an educational Android app based on Vedic Mathematics. His participation is formally documented on the Droidcon Hacknight 2012 website, highlighting his longstanding interest in community-led innovation.
Beyond industry engineering, Kohli has also contributed academically as a peer reviewer for multiple international research papers in the fields of Big Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, and Generative AI. His selection as a reviewer reflects independent recognition of his subject-matter authority and ability to evaluate advanced scholarly work at a global level.
Across every role, Harshit Kohli has championed a singular philosophy—that technology must empower people. His career stands as a testament to responsible AI adoption, engineering excellence, and visionary leadership shaping the future of intelligent, ethical, and scalable cloud systems.
