When it comes to startup locations, some of the best are not what you might expect. In this article, we’ll discuss some of the countries that offer a great start-up environment. Other great places to start a business include the Netherlands, Finland, Hong Kong, and the United Arab Emirates. There are many benefits to launching a business in any of these locations.

Hong Kong

Despite the recent global financial crisis, Hong Kong’s economy remains largely healthy, in part because of it being considered a prime travel destination. Its real GDP grew by 7.6% in 2016, thanks to improving global economic conditions and a declining epidemic. The city’s location in the heart of Asia and low tax rates make it a desirable destination for a tech startup ecosystem. According to the World Bank, Hong Kong is one of the world’s five fastest-growing startup ecosystems. It is basically perfect for most businesses, including essay writing.

While Hong Kong’s professional services sector is extensive, the level of support offered by them is limited. In particular, the testing services provided by local companies are not always flexible enough to accommodate the needs of startup companies. Moreover, these tests are time-consuming and costly. Hong Kong’s government should take the lead in supporting the local startup ecosystem.

United Arab Emirates

The UAE is one of the most business-friendly countries in the region, and has many startup-friendly policies and incentives. UAE companies can enjoy 100% tax-free equity, free zone status, and fast-track company setup. The government is supportive of the private sector, and its courts have a reputation for transparency and fairness.

According to a recent study, the UAE ranks highly in entrepreneurship. One in 10 adults in the UAE expects to start a business and employ six or more people within five years. In addition, 73.5 per cent of Emiratis view the business opportunities in the UAE as good or excellent. Moreover, 61 percent of respondents believe they have the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to establish a successful business.

Netherlands

The Netherlands is one of the top countries in Europe to start a business. Its entrepreneurial environment and high ranking in the World Economic Forum make it a prime location for startup companies. The country has also proven that it is capable of scaling successful companies, with Heineken, KLM, and Shell being among the many global leaders in their fields.

Startups in the Netherlands are also making a mark in other fields. For example, Bynder is a successful example of a tech startup with high growth and a clear vision. It offers the most advanced SaaS solution for brand management. Other examples include Growth Tribe, an online community that offers hands-on training in a wide variety of digital domains.

The last thing that should be highlighted is that launching a startup is inherently risky in any country in the world. It does not matter if you choose one of those mentioned above or a more popular destination like the US. You need to do your best to find the best opportunities and be aware of as much as possible so you make the right choices.
